FRIDAY FUN: Mrs Kramer’s class celebrated with their our own “PEACH BOWL” — a sweet combo of juicy canned peaches topped with their choice of ice cream or fluffy whipped topping. The treat was a way of cheering on the Hoosiers (and, believe it or not, even a few passionate Purdue fans promised to root for IU this time!) They ended the day with a special prayer: for an exciting, not too close of a game, for safe players, and maybe, just maybe… a “peachy” Hoosier victory! 🍑✨

2nd graders “traveled” around the world through the month of December learning how other countries celebrate Christmas. Friday, they finished the last leg of their flight and enjoyed some worldly treats. Thanks to all the parents that sent in delicious treats! 🎄🌟✈️🍪

Hot chocolate bar, reindeer trail mix, guess the marshmallows, reindeer in your pocket, and cozy Christmas decorations in the lounge!

We had our own Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade on Tuesday. Our 3rd graders read Ballons Over Broadway and then created their own floats. What a treat! Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃🧡🍂🥧🤎

We wanted to share an upcoming event for families in need in Southeastern Indiana-the Feed the Children Resource Rally! This event will provide free distribution of food, hygiene products, personal care items, and children’s books/toys to 400 families.
To participate, families just need to contact Greensburg Community Bread of Life via phone or email (812-663-1055 or greensburgbreadoflife@etczone.com), and we will get them a voucher that each family will exchange at the drive-thru resource giveaway on December 13th.
The rally, held at Bread of Life’s building at 720 Randall St., is a partnership between Feed the Children, Honda, and Greensburg Community Bread of Life to get resources to families in time for the holidays.
